• Primorka
  The biggest building of the recreation area, hidden among lushly verdant tropical vegetation. In the 5-story building 24 standard rooms, 24 superior rooms and 4 suites are available for our guests. Most of the rooms have a balcony and a view of the sea or the garden. 32 rooms are connected with a mutual door, very suitable for families.

• Jadranka
  There are 7 Deluxe rooms in an elegant villa. It was built at the beginning of the century and carries the characteristic touch of the architecture of that time; the preservation of which has been greatly emphasized during the restoration. 2 rooms have a connection possibility, creating an ideal accommodation for families. The rooms are equipped with cable TV with DVD-player, 5 rooms have a Jacuzzi, 1 room has a massage shower.
  However, the biggest attraction of these suites is the breath-taking view on the Bay of Kotor from their balconies. Furthermore there is a restaurant for 30 people on the bottom floor of the building, serving guest with grill specialties and other.
  
• Novljanka
  In this smaller pavilion there are 16 double rooms at our guests disposal with larger rooms, French balconies and direct sea view. Due to its central location the parking house, the wellness centre and the lobby are easily accessible.
  
• Lovcen
  In this building is located the central restaurant, as well as a conference hall, including all requirements, with a capacity of 150 seats. Furthermore 2 section rooms are at the guests’ disposal. Above the restaurant there are 5 exclusive suites with great floor-space, own terrace and beautiful view to the sea.
  
• Villas
  Amongst the Hotel's pavilions, recreational area and tropical garden are located 20 villas, each having 4 doubles rooms. These suites (28 m2) are consisted of a living room with balcony and a bedroom. Extra bed facility is available. This type of accommodation is especially suitable for families and friends. Four suites on the ground floor next to the swimming pools have a terrace, while the others all have a balcony.
  
• *Mimoza
  Only the promenade separates the newest building, renovated in 2008, from the sea. The 5-story building features 61 modern, classic guest-rooms with modern-style furniture and French balcony, as well as 4 very spacious, luxury apartments with a view of the sea and a built-in Jacuzzi, meeting the needs of even the most demanding guests. A part of the guest-rooms overlooking the flower garden or the town may be opened as connecting rooms, thus ensuring a cozy atmosphere, if requested.
